Acquired in 2021 for $2,880,000, Second Avenue Commons is a ground-up, 144-unit apartment and community. It's located on 2nd Avenue, between S. Robson, and S. MacDonald in Mesa, AZ. This development is constructing 12 three-story buildings, containing 48 one-bedroom units and 96 two-bedroom units. Caliber is the co-developer alongside Cardinal Capital Management, who currently owns the site. The project broke ground on February 23rd, 2022, and is undergoing development.
