Caliber is developing a 122-room Hyatt Studios extended stay hotel in Georgetown, Texas. The project marks the first property under Caliber’s Master Development Agreement with Hyatt to build up to 15 Hyatt Studios locations. The hotel will be developed on approximately 2.44 acres of land and will include ground-up construction of a four-story, ±59,691 square foot building.
