In 2018, Caliber partnered with Rio Nuevo and the City of Tucson to develop the Tucson Convention Center Hotel. The 170-room DoubleTree by Hilton opened in early 2021. Its location in the historic downtown Tucson gives its guests to quick and walkable restaurants, shops, historic sites and more.

The state of Arizona has a nearly $25 billion tourism industry, with nearly $2.5 billion generated annually by Pima County, in which Tucson resides. The city is home to the Roadrunners Hockey team, University of Arizona and the world-renowned Tucson Gem and Mineral Show.
