Purchased in 2020 for $4,000,000, Caliber is expanding and upgrading the Valley’s International Baccalaureate (IB) preparatory academy – Rancho Solano – with the construction of a new 26,646 square-foot facility for its kindergarten through 8th-grade students. Located on five acres at the northeast corner of Pima Road and Via Linda in Scottsdale, Rancho Solano parent company, York Education Group, operates schools in five states including two ‘Rancho Solano schools in Phoenix and Scottsdale.
