Acquired in June 2022 for 3,705,134, this land parcel in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas is developing a build-to-suite behavioral health hospital. Caliber and Health Development Partners (HDP) formed a partnership to build 25-30 of these duplicable hospitals for Signet Health, starting with this asset.

We believe in this project because the demand for mental health facilities and healthcare workers have skyrocketed since the onslaught of the COVID-19 Pandemic began in March 2020.

The site is strategically located adjacent to the Medical City Alliance, a three story 155,000 sq. ft. full-service hospital, and two miles south of the 726-bed Texas Methodist hospital. These facilities see hundreds of patients per day but neither offer behavioral health services.
