The 265-acre master-planned, mixed-use development, The Ridge, was originally acquired for $5,700,000 in 2017. The property has immediate access to I-25 via the developing Highway 402 interchange and is located in Northern Colorado. This project is transforming the undeveloped land into a dynamic community. By holding 90 acres of I-25 freeway frontage, this community is sitting on one of the most prominent locations in the region, providing unparalleled visibility to around 100,000 vehicles a day.
To date, 122 acres have been sold to single-family and multi-family developers. Caliber still owns the remaining 143 acres.
