Caliber sold the Palms Portfolio in December 2019 for $25,000,000.

Acquired in August 2016 for $14,050,000, the Palms Portfolio is made up of three apartment complexes, totaling 374-units including:

• Palm Shadows Apartments – 130-units
• Siesta Palms Apartments – 124-units
• Twin Palms Apartments – 120-units

Caliber completed a $708,630 renovation across the three properties improving the parking lots, upgrading GFCIs and carbon monoxide detectors.
