Mike Darling is responsible for cultivating investor relationships and supporting the growth of Caliber’s private client platform. He works closely with investors, advisors, and strategic relationships to help expand access to alternative investment opportunities and private real estate solutions.
Mike brings a diverse background in commercial real estate and strategic business development. Prior to joining Caliber, he specialized in commercial real estate brokerage mainly in representing third-party logistics companies in industrial tenant representation and helping them expand into new markets, with some experience in the office and multi-tenant retail sectors as well.
His experience across multiple real estate asset classes provides him with a broad perspective on market dynamics and investment strategy.
Mike earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University with concentrations in Strategy and Entrepreneurship. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys exercising, getting out on the golf course, and spending time with his dog Knox.
