Caliber purchased ±133 acres in June of 2021 and an additional ±57 acres in August of 2022. We pursued this property due to the desirable location of the newly developed area of Centerra Shopping Center and 2534 Commercial Center. The property includes over one mile of Highway 34 frontage and is already annexed into the town of Johnstown and approved for mixed-unit development.
