Donnie Schrader is a shareholder and Co-Founder of Caliber.

Before forming Caliber, Donnie was the managing partner of First United Equities LLC, a Michigan business focused on acquiring, renovating and selling homes for profit.

At Caliber, he oversaw the company’s activity within acquisitions, distressed real estate management, development and construction. Donnie held the titles of co-managing partner, chief operation officer (COO) and chief development officer (CDO) before resigning in February of 2016.

As a result of his leadership, Caliber grew assets under management to exceed $200 million and sold more than $50 million in single family real estate.

Donnie attended Schoolcraft College in Detroit, MI and Eastern Michigan University in Detroit, MI where he studied business. As an entrepreneur for the last 16 years, Donnie focuses on the hidden potential he sees in small business investment and real estate development.
