The Phoenix-based real estate investment and development company was granted the honor of ranking as one of Inc. Magazine’s top entrepreneurs in the United States for the sixth year in a row. With revenue growth of more than 105 percent in the last three years, Caliber was ranked as No. 2598.
The Inc. 5000 list, announced every year on August 15th, features some of the fastest-growing companies started by entrepreneurs. The entrants are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from their past three years in business. Some of America’s most well-known companies who initially received their exposure from the list include Intuit, Microsoft, and Yelp.
Started by CEO Chris Loeffler during the Great Recession in 2008, Caliber was built on the belief that everyone deserves a better alternative to the stock market. In the past, stocks grew at a consistent rate. Now, as a result of the internet, stocks are exchanged in seconds causing rapid and unpredictable change. Through Caliber’s expertise, knowledge and the overall portfolio stability that real estate provides, the firm is able to provide a better alternative to investing in stocks. Caliber has continuously made the list every year since 2014; an achievement obtained by less than 3 percent of all Inc. 5000 honorees.
With more than $900M in assets under management and a client net worth of $4B, Caliber’s seasoned industry experts are changing the world of wealth development. The firm’s clients are all accredited investors interested in investing into real estate without the hassle.
As far as future plans go, Caliber will continue to do its part in redesigning how people build wealth by taking advantage of the Opportunity Zone initiative and continuing to acquire new real estate in the Southwest region.
