The 60-day period between July 15 and September 15, Caliber produced a 47.95% increase in total private capital investment into its various real estate funds compared to the prior 60-day period from May 15 to July 15. The total raised resulted in a 65% increase to $2.59 million from $1.57 million. Caliber ended the year raising $9.9 million in capital for its private equity real estate funds, representing an 819% increase or roughly 9 times that of the average monthly capital raised during the trailing nine months (between March and November).
The main reason for the increase in capital raise volume was the interest-driven towards the Caliber Tax-Advantaged Opportunity Zone Fund, LP.
