Jeff P. Fagin
Mr. Fagin began his career as a CPA with Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells. From 1982 – 1992 Mr. Fagin joinedWestern Savings & Loan, a NYSE traded company, as the Sr. Vice President – Finance. Mr. Fagin moved on tobecome an Executive Director for the Valley of The Sun Jewish Community Center from 1992 to 1996. From 1996to 2003, Mr. Fagin served as the Senior Manager – Loss Mitigation for Bank One in Phoenix, Arizona. From 2003to 2005, Mr. Fagin served as the Chief Operating Officer of Peak Potentials Training in Vancouver, B.C. Canada.Since 2005, Mr. Fagin has been self-employed as a provider of financial services, including life insurance, annuitiesand financial planning. In addition, from February 2010 to the Present, Mr. Fagin has served as Chief ExecutiveOfficer for the Caliber Companies. Caliber is a full-service real estate investment company with a specific focus ondistressed real estate. Mr. Fagin received his Bachelor of Commerce with honors in 1977 from Carleton Universityin Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and his Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1979. Mr.Fagin has been a licensed C.P.A in Arizona since 1984. His license is currently on inactive status. Mr. Fagin hasactively invested in real estate in the Phoenix market since 1979.

CHRIS LOEFFLER
From 2001 through 2006, Mr. Loeffler served as a supervisor of bank operations for a retail branch ofWashington Mutual Bank, F.A. In 2006, Mr. Loeffler joined the Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers,LLP, a multi-national public accounting firm in Phoenix, AZ. Mr. Loeffler performed audits of company financialdata and internal control systems for medium to large public and private companies such as Honeywell, Inc.,Verizon Wireless/Alltel Wireless, Rural Metro, Inc., and CSK Auto Inc. In addition, Mr. Loeffler performedtransactional services for business combinations or divestitures performed by his client base. Early in 2009, Mr.Loeffler cultivated a private group of real estate investors and purchased and sold over $14M in distressed propertiesfor a profit. Mr. Loeffler is currently a founding partner of Caliber, a full-service real estate investment company.Mr. Loeffler has a B.S. in Business Administration with a specific focus in Accounting from California PolytechnicState University – San Luis Obispo, CA.

DONNIE SCHRADER
Mr. Schrader began his career with a multiple year apprenticeship with Mastej Master Builders in Michigan.From 1999 – 2003, Mr. Schrader joined the Power Sports industry as a manager of finance and insurance and later ageneral manager. In 2002 and continuing to the present, Mr. Schrader became a professional real estate investor,primarily purchasing distressed property at deep discounts. In 2007, Mr. Schrader formed a professional duediligence team to quickly evaluate large ($20M+) purchases of distressed home packages. In 2009, in conjunctionwith Mr. Loeffler, Mr. Schrader cultivated a private group of real estate investors and purchased and sold over 100properties for a profit. Presently, Mr. Schrader is a founding partner of Caliber, a full-service real estate investmen tcompany.

JENNIFER BUCKI
Jennifer Bucki is the Designated Broker for Caliber Realty. Ms. Bucki began her career as a real estate investor in Michigan. To support her investment activities Ms. Bucki obtained her real estate license in 2003. In Michigan Ms. Bucki acquired property, remodeled and redesigned the property, obtained end buyers or renters, and managed her portfolio of property. Mrs. Bucki successfully purchased and sold over $5M in property during this time. In 2007, Mrs. Bucki obtained her real estate license in Phoenix, Arizona to continue investment activities. Ms. Bucki has successfully managed and directed a team of agents throughout her career. Ms. Bucki attended Lawrence Technological University in Michigan pursing a degree in Architecture and Interior Architecture.

Fred Auzenne
Mr. Auzenne began his career with the United States Army as a Counter Intelligence Special Agent. After completing his service with the Army, Mr. Auzenne returned to his native Las Vegas and began a successful career in sales & marketing with the gaming industry.
Mr. Auzenne continued his career in sales & marketing in the pharmaceutical & medical device industry with Merck, Millennium Bio Tech, and Medtronic. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Auzenne held an active real estate broker's license and raised private funds for the purchase of residential and commercial REO property in Nevada.
In 2006, Mr. Auzenne purchased and became the CEO of Sedona Labs and SupplementsToGo.com. Sedona Labs was then resold as Nutri-Health Supplements to a publically traded Canadian firm for $21.7M in January 2009. This transaction returned $17M in profits to Mr. Auzenne's capital investors as well as a 16% annualized return over the hold period.
Mr. Auzenne is currently an active real estate investor in addition to his role at SupplementsToGo.com.
Mr. Auzenne earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas and a MBA from the University of Nevada - Reno.

PAUL BreSSAN, CPA
Mr. Bressan has 24 years of financial, accounting, general management and transaction experience. Over the last 12 years, he has been the CFO of medium sized privately held real estate development companies. Mr. Bressan has raised more than $500mm in capital thru both equity and debt. Mr. Bressan's experience over the past 20 years has included working for two Fortune 500 companies, three medium sized privately held companies and a start-up company all in diverse industries. Mr. Bressan began his career as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick a Big Four public accounting firm. Mr. Bressan earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Gannon University in Erie, PA. Mr. Bressan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AIPCA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and is a member of Financial Executives Networking Group (FENG).

TIM KELLEY
Tim Kelley has over 15 years of experience as an Entrepreneur in Real Estate and Project Related Finance in Mexico, South America, the US and Africa (Angola). Mr. Kelley served as Founder, President and CEO of KCA International Construction and Facilities Management for over 8 years and managed over $200 million dollars of projects in Mexico and has managed over 2 million square feet of office, commercial and residential space throughout the republic. Mr. Kelley has also been a founding partner of the Alles Group Oncor International a top 5 commercial real estate group in Mexico and has directly participated in over 70 commercial transactions. KCA’s clients include GE Capital, Wal-mart, Carrefour, Costco, Visa, McDonalds, British Airways, Cemex, U.S. Government, European Union and the Mexican government. In 2002 Mr. Kelley sold his participation in the Alles Group and has maintained the position of Chairman of the Board of KCA since 2003 and will complete an earn out in 2011. Mr. Kelley has a Masters in International Development Finance from Thunderbird GSIM, and completed the Series 7 NASD licensed Securities Broker/Dealer and Series 66 Investment Advisor (inactive). Mr. Kelley is an Adjunct Professor at the Ken Blanchard School of Business at Grand Canyon University. Mr. Kelley currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Entrepreneur Opportunity Fund, a multi-million dollar private equity fund focusing partly on Real Estate in the US.

MALECIA GOLF
Malecia Golf serves as our VP Operations. Ms. Golf supports the operations of Caliber and all of itssubsidiaries as well as several additional entities owned or controlled by Caliber, its investors, or affiliates. Ms.Golf began her career supporting the operations of a mortgage broker in Phoenix, Arizona in 1996. Ms. Golf was incharge of underwriting and brokerage operations. In 2000, Ms. Golf joined U.S. Home Mortgage performingunderwriting duties and managing a staff of loan processors. In 2001 through 2003, Ms. Golf joined a retail branchof Chase Bank as the branch Manager. In 2003 Ms. Golf joined a large consumer private lender as the head ofoperations. Through her career Ms. Golf has managed private investment funds in excess of $150M.
